Razen Oil Co Ltd, established in 2003, has evolved into a prominent force within Africa’s edible oil processing sector, solidifying its position as a key player in the African FMCG market. With manufacturing facilities strategically located in the Mbeya Rural District of the Mbeya region within the United Republic of Tanzania, Tamasha Mining Co Ltd has recently expanded its operations with the construction of a state-of-the-art Palm Oil extraction plant. This expansion signifies our ambition to extend our reach globally and cater to a wider customer base. Our product portfolio encompasses a diverse range of oils, including Crude Palm Oil, Refined Palm Oil, Crude Sunflower Oil, Sunflower Oil, and Soybean Oil

Our Mission
Through its Razen Oil, Tamasha Group is actively involved in the sponsorship and development of Soccer in Tanzania at grassroots level. In keeping with its commitment to contributing towards the advancement of previously disadvantaged communities and individuals, Tamasha Group contributes to the KZN, Western Cape and Gauteng Cricket Union’s Development Programs in South Africa as well as the Tamasha Schools Night League Tournament. The company provides bursaries for children coming through development cricket programs. The company also supports many other corporate social development initiatives.
By combining flexibility and vision with a sound business approach, the company is set to strengthen its position in the FMCG market even further, now and into the future.
Our Motivation
A wide range of products encompasses edible oils, rice, sugar, margarines and spreads, beauty, toilet and laundry soaps, candles, baking and industrial fats, often distributed through its subsidiary Tamasha Logistics but we’ve brought down our Excellence to vegetable oils and further cut it down to strictly Sunflower oil, Palm oil and Soybean Oil.
